Willie McGarry is an attorney with the Firm.  Willie is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law where he obtained a Concentration in Employment Law from the William C. Wefel Center for Employment Law.

 

Willie is an experienced employment and litigation attorney with over a decade of practice representing both individuals and businesses in complex workplace and commercial disputes. His practice focuses on employment law and civil litigation, including matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and employment contracts.

Willie regularly advises employers on compliance with federal and state labor laws, helps draft and enforce workplace policies, and works with clients to proactively manage risk. When disputes arise, he advocates for clients in state and federal court, as well as before administrative agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Labor.
